I'm aggressively trying to grow my hair - but it seems to be fighting back and won't get any longer. I think my hair has hit a plateau. I'm constantly trying to figure out what is the secret to growing your hair long? Is it mane & tail shampoo, frequent trims (I always feel like they cut waaaaay too much off), or Aveda damage remendy conditioner?

I want to know - what are your secrets to long luscious locks?
